Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Standard delivery to main centres is R83 and to Pep Store or PostNet collection points is R69. All orders over R450 qualify for free nationwide delivery.
We accept credit and debit card payments via PayFast, SnapScan, and EFT bank transfer. All card payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption through PayFast’s PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment system.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery to main centres typically takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Outlying and rural areas may take 3 to 7 business days depending on courier coverage in your region.
Your personal and payment information is fully protected. All transactions are processed through PayFast using Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. We never store your card details on our servers. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, we process and pack your order within 1 to 3 business days. We then hand it over to the courier and send you a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Yes. A PDF invoice is automatically emailed to you once your order is confirmed. You can also view and download your invoices at any time by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Yes. If you are based in or near George in the Garden Route, you can arrange to collect your order from us directly. Please contact us on +27 (0)82 440 1790 or email info@rooibosproducts.co.za to arrange a collection time after placing your order.
We do not offer standard international shipping. However if you are based outside South Africa, email us at info@rooibosproducts.co.za with your product list and delivery address and we will provide a delivery quote.
