Our Commitment
All Annique Rooibos products are backed by a quality guarantee. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will make it right. Please read the conditions below so you know exactly what to expect.
When You Can Return a Product
We accept returns in the following circumstances:
The product arrived damaged or defective. The product you received does not match what you ordered.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, unwanted products, or allergic reactions. If you are concerned about a potential allergic reaction to an ingredient, please contact us before placing your order and we will assist you in choosing the right product for your needs.
How to Log a Return
Contact us within 30 days of your purchase date to log a return request:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or incorrect product where possible. Returns logged after 30 days of the purchase date will not be accepted.
Return Process
Once your return request is received, we will review it and advise you within a reasonable time whether it has been approved. Please do not send any products back before receiving written confirmation from us that your return has been approved.
All returned products are subject to verification upon receipt.
If your return is approved and the error was on our side, we will cover the cost of return shipping and the shipping cost of any replacement sent to you.
Replacements and Refunds
Where possible, we will replace the defective or incorrect product with the same item, subject to stock availability. If the product formed part of a special offer or promotion, it will be replaced with the same product.
If the product is out of stock at the time of the return, a refund will be processed instead.
Refunds are paid via EFT to your South African bank account or applied as store credit, depending on your preference. Please provide your banking details when requested. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and approving the returned product.
