Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or South African public holidays.
During high-demand periods such as promotions or seasonal sales, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is any unexpected delay with your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your payment.
Free shipping is available on all orders over R450 delivered within South Africa.
Delivery Options
Nationwide Courier Delivery We deliver to all major towns and cities across South Africa using multiple courier partners depending on your area. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 2 to 5 business days for main centres and 3 to 7 business days for outlying and rural areas. Deliveries to outlying areas may be delayed depending on courier service schedules in your region.

Pep Store / PostNet Collection If a home or work delivery is not convenient, we can arrange delivery to your nearest Pep Store or PostNet branch. Select this option at checkout or contact us to arrange it after placing your order.
Important Delivery Notes
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address when placing your order.
Someone must be available to receive and sign for the parcel at the delivery address. If no one is available, the courier will leave a collection notice.
Rooibos Products is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been handed over and a tracking number issued.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you your tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow your parcel’s progress directly on the courier’s website.
International Delivery
We currently do not offer standard international shipping. If you are based outside South Africa and would like to place an order, please email us at info@rooibosproducts.co.za with your product list and delivery address and we will provide you with a delivery quote.
