Annique Forever Healthy OptiMune+ – 30 Capsules
Daily immune support with echinacea, olive leaf, African potato, beta sitosterol and Green Rooibos.
OptiMune+ is the Forever Healthy immune capsule that replaced OptiBoost. OptiBoost was built for general long-term health. This formula uses fewer ingredients in more effective amounts, and adds echinacea for immune support and olive leaf extract for its antibacterial reputation, while keeping African potato to help regulate the immune system and Green Rooibos for antioxidants.
The five actives are olive leaf extract, echinacea extract, African potato extract, beta sitosterol and Green Rooibos extract. Olive leaf is described as nature’s antibiotic and is used for colds, flu, sinus and germ-fighting, antiviral and antibacterial benefit. Echinacea is the daisy-family herb used to help the body fight infections and may shorten how long a cold or flu feels. African potato is a Southern African tuber (not a true potato) with sterols and sterolins that help balance the immune system. Beta sitosterol is a plant sterol for immune regulation and inflammation. Green Rooibos is the local antioxidant that helps with oxidative stress.
Adults take one capsule daily with water, preferably with meals, and keep it as a daily habit. When the first signs of a cold or flu appear, the short protocol is two capsules two to three times a day for three days, then back to one a day. The formulation meets SAHPRA requirements for children from nine years who can swallow a capsule easily, at one capsule daily with meals. Safety in pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established — ask a healthcare practitioner before use.
About seventy to eighty percent of immune cells sit in the gut, which is why a probiotic such as OptiFlora sits naturally beside this capsule rather than replacing it. Chronic stress, poor sleep, smoking, too much alcohol and a diet short of vitamins A, C, D and zinc are listed as things that weaken defences. OptiMune+ is herbal immune support, not a vaccine and not an antibiotic prescription. Pair it with Vitamin C – 30 Tablets X2 if you also want a vitamin C tablet in the same season, and stay consistent rather than only reaching for the bottle when you already feel unwell.
One Capsule a Day, Then a Short Burst at the First Sniffle
The daily dose is the point of a shield: one with breakfast or lunch, every day. The three-day burst is only for the first signs of colds and flu — two capsules, two to three times a day, for three days — not a month of megadosing. Thirty capsules is a month at the daily rate, or less if you use the burst, so keep a second bottle if winter is already in the house.
Children under nine, and any child who cannot swallow a capsule easily, are outside the labelled use. Do not open this into a shake unless a practitioner has told you to; the child dose is a swallowed capsule from nine years. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on immunosuppressants, or managing an autoimmune condition, this is a consult-first product. African potato and echinacea are real herbs with real activity, not a flavoured vitamin.
There is no elderberry in this formula. If an older listing mentioned it, that does not match the current actives. There is also no long OptiBoost-style list of vitamin A, kelp and sutherlandia — those belonged to the previous immune capsule. What you swallow now is the five-herb-and-sterol blend above.
Use it to support the body’s defence and overall wellbeing, to help with oxidative stress and to help manage inflammation. It will not cancel a sleepless month or a sugar-heavy week on its own. Take the daily capsule with food, keep water nearby, and if a cold starts, use the three-day protocol as written rather than inventing a fourth capsule “just in case.” That is OptiMune+: a tighter immune formula than OptiBoost, for people who want echinacea and olive leaf in the bottle, not a general multivitamin pretending to be an immune product.
