Annique Resque Muscle Ice Roll-On Gel – 60ml
Cold-therapy roll-on with menthol, menthoxypropanediol and Rooibos — ice-pack feel without the melt. Apply within forty-eight hours of an injury.
Ice packs work, until they drip, slip and pin you to the sofa. Annique Resque Muscle Ice is the sixty millilitre cold-therapy roll-on in the Resque range: a long-lasting cooling gel that eases discomfort, reduces tension and supports faster recovery after activity or strain. The cooling actives are meant to mimic ice on the skin. Cold therapy, also called cryotherapy, uses cold to manage pain, swelling and inflammation in sport, gym and everyday recovery. This bottle is the portable version: quick-drying, mess-free, ergonomic roller, better grip, no handful of melting ice.
Named actives are Rooibos, menthol and menthoxypropanediol. Menthol is the main icy, numbing hit and a counterirritant that distracts nerve endings from pain. Menthoxypropanediol is the menthol derivative that stretches that cool into a smoother, longer last. Rooibos brings antioxidant and anti-inflammatory soothe so the strong cool is still skin-friendly. Fast-absorbing, non-sticky: roll and get on with the day.
Apply within forty-eight hours after an injury for the cooling and anti-inflammatory window. Roll on immediately after injury to help reduce inflammation. For tense muscles, press harder while you roll. Reapply three to four times a day as needed. You can use it before exercise to loosen stiff muscles, or after to cut soreness. Most people feel the cool in seconds; relief can last up to a few hours depending on how sore you are and what you do next. Fridge storage is allowed if you want the sensation colder after a session or on a hot day. Store below twenty-five degrees Celsius, out of sun, if you are not chilling it.
This is cold, not heat. Pair the cool roller with Resque ZeroAche+ Roll-on – 60ml when you want the warming thermogenic roll-on instead, and keep Resque Mist and Concentrate nearby for neck, head and air. Do not treat Muscle Ice as a deep-heat cream. Do not put it in eyes or on inflamed or broken skin. External use only. Keep out of reach of children.
Roll On Cold, Skip the Ice Pack
Cold constricts blood vessels, slows fluid build-up, numbs by slowing nerve signals, and helps muscles let go after strain. That is why it belongs on a fresh sprain or strain, on post-gym thighs, on a stiff joint after a long shift. It is short-term pain help, not a reconstruction of the joint. For arthritis it may soothe stiffness for a while; it is not a cure and sits beside medical advice, not instead of it.
Who reaches for it: athletes and gym people after a session; people whose work is lifting, repeating, standing; older adults with joint stiffness and minor aches; anyone with a minor sprain, bruise or overuse niggle; anyone who wants a gym-bag ice pack that does not leak. Sixty millilitres is travel size. The upgraded roller is the point of the refresh: more precise, easier to hold, product stays off your hands.
What it will not do: replace an X-ray, fix a tear, or last all night on one pass. Three to four applications a day is the listed rhythm. If pain is severe, the joint is unstable, or skin is broken, stop and get care. Used this way, Resque Muscle Ice is the cold half of the Resque roll-on pair — menthol now, menthoxypropanediol for the linger, Rooibos for the skin — ice-pack logic in a cap you can throw in a bag.
