Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. In the event of high volume of orders your order may be delayed, and we will communicate such delays to you per email or telepathically.

Once the parcel is signed out to the courier, We will advise you on your shipping number as well as tracking of your order.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Rooibos Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We do not ship outside of South Africa.
